zk688 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "zk688", "we", "us", "our" refers to the zk688 platform and its operating entity, accessible at zk688.app.
• "Platform" means the zk688 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, and account management tools.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the zk688 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a User on the zk688 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or matched bonus funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes withdrawable as real money.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the zk688 Platform is unlawful.

By accessing the zk688 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the zk688 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the zk688 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the zk688 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zk688 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned to the payment source subject to verification.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of zk688 or any of its game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

zk688 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by zk688 may result in Account suspension and withholding of balances pending resolution.

It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. zk688 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific location.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the zk688 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. zk688 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate Account information provided by a User.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you and shall be your responsibility. You must notify zk688 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

zk688 may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures before permitting withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. zk688 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

5.1 Deposits

zk688 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful receipt and confirmation by zk688's payment systems.

zk688 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your registered Account. Deposits made from mismatched payment sources may be returned and your Account reviewed.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. zk688 targets processing of mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) within 5 to 45 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. zk688 does not guarantee specific processing times, which may be affected by payment provider delays beyond our control.

5.3 Transaction Fees

zk688 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. zk688 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

All bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional offers made available through the zk688 Platform are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met using the bonus balance before any portion of the bonus may be withdrawn as real money.
• zk688 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an Account shall remain subject to the terms current at the time of crediting.
• Where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion is identified, zk688 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and close the offending Account(s).
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• Promotional offers at zk688 are targeted at Pakistani players and are PKR-denominated unless otherwise specified.

All bets placed on the zk688 Platform — including casino game wagers, sports betting, live in-play bets, and virtual games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the zk688 system. No cancellation or alteration of a confirmed bet is permitted except where explicitly provided for in zk688's sport-specific betting rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure, zk688 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Manifest errors in odds, prices, or payouts — including software errors, human errors, or data provider errors — shall be void and any winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid. Stakes will be returned to the Player.
• zk688's decisions on bet validity, settlement, and disputes are final, subject to the formal complaints process described herein.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply across all products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface and may vary by product, market, and Account tier.

7.1 Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on the zk688 Platform, including PSL and international fixtures, are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In-play bets are accepted at zk688's discretion and may be suspended at any time during live play. Bets placed after the conclusion of an event will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk688 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 18 years of age
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of stolen card details
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any activity intended to conceal the source of funds
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, AI betting scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over zk688
• Collusion between Players to exploit bonus structures or game mechanics
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the zk688 Platform or its underlying technology
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory via VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions

zk688 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered Users with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time from within the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Receive notifications of time spent on the Platform
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months)
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration selected

zk688 actively monitors Account activity for signs of problem gambling behaviour and may proactively impose limits or initiate contact with affected Players. All content on the zk688 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and structural design — is the proprietary intellectual property of zk688 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. No content from the zk688 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of zk688.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk688, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service
• Any loss arising from the use of or reliance on any information provided on the Platform
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or delays attributable to third-party service providers or network infrastructure
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, which are the User's sole responsibility

zk688's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zk688 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the zk688 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

zk688 employs industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect User data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All financial transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

zk688 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via Account notification or email where contact details are available. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the zk688 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or the zk688 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international gaming regulations under which zk688 operates. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact the zk688 customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, zk688 will provide information regarding available escalation procedures on request.
